Signed landmark agreement with CAI/Gauley-Robertson to market fiber optic lighting technology and products to the mining industry. Entered into partnership with Denmark's Lopolight ApS as U.S. distributor and integrator of Lopolight's high-performance LED navigation lights for military and commercial applications. |

Secured first international contract, with Italian shipbuilder Fincantieri, to supply remote source lighting systems for Italian Navy FREMM frigates. Presented with North American Technology Innovation of the Year Award in Remote Source Lighting by internationally-renowned global research leader Frost & Sullivan. Named fastest growing Advanced Technology Manufacturing Company in Connecticut for second consecutive year. |

RSL Fiber Systems, LLC formed as joint venture between Skyler Technologies and Wire Pro, Inc., (WPI) with manufacturing in Salem, NJ, by acquiring the Remote Source Lighting assets of Winchester, a division of Northrop Grumman. |
