The registration also confirms RSL’s demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement through performance monitoring and timely corrective/preventative action.

Conformance to ISO 9001 quality assurance standards required the implementation of increased documentation, training, procedural changes and adjustments to operating systems at the RSL’s East Hartford manufacturing facility. ISO 9001 quality assurance standards also require on-going rigorous self audit and periodic third-party reviews.
